Trinity United Methodist Church is committed to living as passionate followers of Jesus to change the world. We believe that when Jesus said that the greatest life rules are to love God and love neighbor, he meant that our faith should lead us into greater service, compassion, and love for all people. Trinity UMC attempts to live out this idea through our Outreach Ministries. Each week Trinity provides a space for Boy Scouts to meet on Monday nights (6:30 p.m.) and Girl Scouts on Thursdays (6:00 p.m.). We support local organizations such as the Neighborhood Center and Bread of Life. We also like to get out in the community. Here are just a few of our outreach ministries! We didn't have great weather for 2019's Treats not Tricks, but the hot chocolate was a huge hit (see photos below)!
Trinity sponsors a mentoring program with the children of Webster Elementary with the Kids Hope USA model. The mentors spend one hour a week with the same child as long as they are in the school. Visit Kids Hope USA website by clicking here.
Treats Not Tricks
On Halloween evening we provide hot dogs, snacks, drinks and treats to over 1,000 people in our neighborhood.
